The Behavior Center is recruiting for a Clinical Supervisor for its new center-based program in Dublin, California
(30 miles east of San Francisco). Another center will be opening in the greater Sacramento area in 2017. Come be
part of our founding clinical team and receive intensive support for your clinical and overall professional
development.


The Behavior Center specializes in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors using state of the
art equipment and facilities and refined functional analysis methodologies. The Behavior Center was established in
partnership with The Shabani Institute (http://www.shabani-institute.org/) and Therapeutic Pathways

Salary and benefits: Highly competitive and dependent on experience.


Qualifications:


• BCBA or BCBA-D credential
• 3 years prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges
• Prior supervised experience in working with older clients and as liaison with medical, residential,
educational, state developmental agencies (preferred)
• Prior supervised experience in conducting functional analyses (preferred)
• Prior training in emergency behavior management procedures and use of protective equipment (preferred)


Roles and responsibilities:


• Responsible for all phases of clinical direction and treatment
• Provide direct and indirect supervision for Clinical Staff
• Liaison with health plans, regional centers, school funders
• Report directly to the Clinical Director and CEO
• Contribute to development of new service lines
• Develop clinical protocols for research, as is appropriate
